Quelper LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates Pattern AI Making, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

We collect:

• Information you provide — your email address (for the waitlist or to contact us), the images, sketches, measurements and notes you upload to generate tech packs or patterns, and any account or correspondence details.
• Information collected automatically — basic technical and usage data such as device/browser type, approximate region, and how you interact with the Service, used to operate and secure it.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service — process your inputs and generate tech packs and patterns.
• To operate the waitlist and communicate with you about the Service.
• To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service and develop our technology.
• To improve our own AI models and engine. Where we do this, we use your inputs and any corrections you make in de-identified or aggregated form, and we do not expose one customer’s confidential designs to another customer.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

AI Processing

Pattern AI Making uses artificial intelligence to analyze your inputs and generate tech packs and sewing patterns. All such outputs are AI-generated drafts intended for review by a qualified professional before any production use, as described in our Terms of Service. The Service does not use your personal data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. We use third-party AI providers to process your inputs; they act as our processors under a data-processing agreement and do not use your inputs to train their own models.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including:

• Third-party AI processing providers — to analyze your uploaded images, sketches and notes and generate outputs. These providers act as our processors under a data-processing agreement and do not use your inputs to train their own models.
• Cloud infrastructure, hosting and database providers — to store and serve data.
• Privacy-friendly analytics — to measure aggregate, cookieless usage (no cookies, no cross-site tracking; see our Cookie Policy).
• When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

If you provide us with data belonging to a brand, client or other third party, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it and that appropriate confidentiality terms are in place.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States and use providers that may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data of EU/UK/EEA users is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@patternaimaking.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age.
